A sparkling red wine made with a. carbonation maceration (just like Beaujolais Nouveau) followed by a quick second fermentation in the bottle (methode traditionale), so that the wine could be ready for New Year 2021. Due to Corona, it was cancelled, and it has now been stored for a year and matured nicely. The wine is semi-dry and works well with food as a red wine with a twist.
